Shipping Policy

Every order ships free and includes tracking. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

• Most items ship from US warehouses and arrive within 4-8 days of being dispatched.
• Some items ship from international warehouses and can take up to 20 days in total. The shipping estimate on each product page tells you what to expect for that specific item.
• If your order contains items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not pay extra shipping for split deliveries.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.

Wrong address or address changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking has not updated in more than 10 days, or your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
